Terms of service
Last updated November 5, 2026
Welcome to Dispatch Crew (“we,” “us” or “our”), operated by CW Collective, LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dispatchcrew.app and the Dispatch Crew web app and services (together, the “Services”).
By signing in to, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Accounts and access
- Invitation only. Access is limited to people an administrator at their company, or we ourselves, have set up. There is no public sign-up.
- Account security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details, including any temporary password your administrator gives you, confidential. Choose your own password at first sign-in. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
- Organizational authority. If you use the Services for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms. A company that holds an account (“your company”) is responsible for the people it gives access to.
2. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Services or help anyone else to. In particular, do not:
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the Services;
- upload, send or process malicious code, viruses or harmful data;
- interfere with, disrupt or try to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks or databases, or to another company’s data;
- use bots, scrapers or crawlers to get data from the Services without our written permission; or
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or defame anyone, or to break any local, state, national or international law.
3. Ownership and your data
- Ours. We and our licensors own the Services, including the software, design, text, graphics and trademarks.
- Yours. You and your company keep all rights in the data, files and content you put into the Services (“User Content”). You give us a limited, worldwide license to host, process and display it only as needed to provide and maintain the Services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it, including how it can be returned or deleted.
4. Estimates, hints and your own judgment
Dispatch Crew helps plan and communicate work. Material quantities, paint and sealer estimates, route and distance suggestions, weather hints and similar figures are estimates and suggestions based on the information entered. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, manufacturer instructions, site conditions or safety rules. You and your company decide what work is done and how, and are responsible for checking that work orders, quantities and plans are right before relying on them.
5. Connected services
The Services can connect to tools your company chooses, such as monday.com and Connecteam. Those services are governed by their own terms. Your company controls what is read from and written to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes made there.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms, if your company’s administrator removes your access, or for security or operational reasons. When access ends, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, disclaimers, liability and the rest of this list) continue after termination.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES; (II) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, USE OF OR CHANGE TO YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOUR COMPANY PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
A company that holds an account agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from its use of the Services, its violation of these Terms or its infringement of any third party’s rights. An individual who uses the Services only as an employee or contractor of a company is not personally responsible under this section for the company’s obligations.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time by posting the new version here and updating the date above. For meaningful changes we will also tell your company’s administrators. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
